- We gladly accept returns for items received within 14 days of delivery date. You will be refunded with the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
- We gladly accept returns for store credit for items received within 30 days of delivery date.
- We provide you with a return label through USPS (Domestic) or DHL (International) and will provide you with a Gift Certificate or REFUND.
- There is no upfront payment required to create a return label. Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your refund or gift certificate.

- Returns will be processed within 3 business days. Please look out for an email pending your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
While we want our customers to love all of their items from Rumours, we do have certain items that are final sale, and not eligible for refund or store credit.

Due to high turnover of stock & limited size availability, we cannot guarantee that an exchange may be possible. If you believe the item you want may sell out, it is recommended to return your item and place a new order.
FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM RECEVIED
In the instance that you believe you were shipped an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us through our Contact Us Page, here. For quicker processing, please attach pictures and order number.
Customers who receive items shipped with manufacturing defect, will not incur any additional costs. We will gladly offer a replacement item or refund/store credit.
DAMAGED AFTER WEAR
If you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions and/or damage your item during wear, Rumours will not be held responsible for the replacement of that item.
Rumours makes all efforts to ensure that stock levels are accurate for each item. However, in the instance that the product you ordered is unavailable, you will be issued a full refund for that item.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.
